Free tier users are subject to the following limitations:

  • Maximum file size of 100MB
  • Maximum duration of 10 minutes per file
  • Standard processing queue priority
  • Basic output formats (SRT and TXT)

6.Privacy and Data Security

We process and store data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All uploaded content is:

  • Processed securely using encryption
  • Automatically deleted after processing
  • Never shared with third parties
  • Protected according to industry standards

7.Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

8.Payment Terms

For paid plans:

  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis
  • No refunds for partial month subscriptions
  • 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions

9.Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service.

10.Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or service notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
